Wondergirl Take 2

Hello crafty friends! For this card I used the wonder girl, wonder dog and super sentiment stamps. I colored the images with copics. I loooved the way the hair turned out! I cut a rectangle using the comic book backgrounds paper. Then I die cut a rectangle frame using paper from the same pack. I then used a shaker cover and placed some clay bits inside. Super easy and fun!

I thought about this one and how to make it different from all the really neat art I have seen others make with this floatie. I wanted to make it look like a glam flamingo with sequins. My husband could not wrap his brain around this one. I love the charm of the oddballs! I had fun with this one and was happy that it came out much better than what I initially had in mind. I guess that's the beauty of creativity! One never knows the exact destination. 1. Use embossing powder to stamp background stamp. Mood Inspired

Hello Crafty friends!! I am so excited to pass the level 1 classes and test with Altenew! I am now working through courses on the level II. I was inspired by the "In the Mood to Color Class". I thought about what I do in my everyday life, which is to support people struggling with mental health. I created a card thinking of that using the following colors: Blue: Tranquility Pink: Caring Yellow: Optimism For this card I die cut the tulips and used Distress Inks to color the flower and leaves. Then I die cut the frilly frame and used the flowers to adorn the frame. I used a cover plate to create the background and there placed the die and flowers. Then I added the sentiment and some baubles. For this card I wanted convey maintaining serenity, care and a bit of hopefulness peeking through.
