Macaron Loveliness

For today's creation I used Macaron Meadow and created a lovely background (after various tries LOL). I first used a cover die, and applied a stencil to color with distress inks. Then I used a different stencil and glitter paste as an added dimension. I die cut the word sweet and colored the girl with the copics:

Hair: E21, 23, 25, 27
Skin: E 51, 53, 55
Dress: BG15, 32, 57
Hot pink Macaron: RV 29, 25, 17
Light pink Macaron: R01, 11, 21, 22

Mood Inspired

Hello Crafty friends!! I am so excited to pass the level 1 classes and test with Altenew! I am now working through courses on the level II. I was inspired by the "In the Mood to Color Class". I thought about what I do in my everyday life, which is to support people struggling with mental health. I created a card thinking of that using the following colors: Blue: Tranquility Pink: Caring Yellow: Optimism For this card I die cut the tulips and used Distress Inks to color the flower and leaves. Then I die cut the frilly frame and used the flowers to adorn the frame. I used a cover plate to create the background and there placed the die and flowers. Then I added the sentiment and some baubles. For this card I wanted convey maintaining serenity, care and a bit of hopefulness peeking through. I thought about this one and how to make it different from all the really neat art I have seen others make with this floatie. I wanted to make it look like a glam flamingo with sequins.
