Balloon party!!




Hello! I am excited to be enrolled in the Altenew Educator Certification Program. I completed the All about layering Course and had so much fun making this card! I decided to use the masking technique taught in the course as well as a die cut layer. I just had to have another go at the stamp set. See Below!!

1. Use oxide ink and copics for balloon stamp
2. Die cut heart stamp to add dimension
3. Use of masking technique to create layer effect (covering adjacent balloons so new stamp appears to be behind)
4. Use stamp and copics for Happy birthday stamp
5. Adhered pearls

Materials: Altenew balloon bunch and die, Double Stitch rectangle die, Happy Birthday stamp Oxide ink copic markers

3. Use of masking technique to create layer effect (covering adjacent balloons so new stamp appears to be behind)

5. Use heart die cut to make shaker box

    Janelle, these are really brilliant projects!! I love how you used the same stamp and still managed to get two completely different looks! WELL DONE!!

Hello Crafty friends!! I am so excited to pass the level 1 classes and test with Altenew! I am now working through courses on the level II. I was inspired by the "In the Mood to Color Class". I thought about what I do in my everyday life, which is to support people struggling with mental health. I created a card thinking of that using the following colors: Blue: Tranquility Pink: Caring Yellow: Optimism  For this card I die cut the tulips and used Distress Inks to color the flower and leaves. For the Guys Part 1

Hello Crafty Friends! After completing all Academy 1 courses for the Altenew Educator Certified Program (AECP). Now the final challenge includes the following: Create a gift set that includes 4-6 "His" and 4-6 "Hers" Select 3 components from the Academy 1 courses to include for your final project Use upcycled material in the card design element or in the final packaging  For the "His" cards I decided to create a set of every-day cards. Irresistible Inking

  Hello! I have here another creation for the Altenew Educator certification. I love this background stamp and cannot get enough of the color for the heart. This took a bit of work to get the colors right.
