Hello Crafty friends!! I am excited to make a card after taking the Altenew "Beyond Basic Backgrounds" class. The class had many neat ideas on how to create original backgrounds. I wanted to make my own twist on this one. I have some plates at home with a background which was an inspiration for this card. For this card I die cut the foilage and decided where I would place these. I used the negative space from the die cuts as a stencil. I used distress inks with the makeshift stencil to color leaves and flowers here and there.
